5-Year Limited Warranty

Howell Ski Bindings and Howell test equipment carry a ‘Five Year Limited Warranty’ from the date of purchase.

The company, Howell Ski Bindings, will repair or replace (at Howell Ski Bindings option) the bindings, the test equipment, or any part — if the bindings or test equipment are found to be defective at any time during the 5 years after purchase as to workmanship or material. This 5-Year Limited Warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, accident, exterior appearance or color.

This 5-Year Limited Warranty extends only to the original user, whose bindings (or test equipment) were serviced (or used by) by a registered Howell Mechanic, which mechanic must record and preserve the skier’s recommended biometric release-setting data, binding indicator-settings, boot sole length (and release test-data, if tested).

This Five Year Limited Warranty does not extend to rental or demo use.

IN NO EVENT MUST THE COMPANY, HOWELL SKI BINDINGS, BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, therefore the above limitation of exclusion may not apply in those states.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OR SKIER INCLUDING THE ABOVE CONDITIONS FOLLOWING THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
